Unlike most of my backing tracks, this is not an original piece. It is a wonderful chord progression I've taken from the song of the same name, by Ray Charles – which I recorded in memory of him when he passed away a while ago.

It was covered by Eric Clapton on his Journeyman album, and that is the version which I’ve recorded, transcribed by an old friend who I've lost touch with: David Simcox.

As mentioned, it is a great chord progression and worth purchasing simply to master that – let alone providing you with a quality backing track to practice your Jazz-Blues soloing over.
