As the title suggests, this track features a Funky groove written specifically to enable you to practice the Phrygian mode.

Dependant on the style, the Phrygian mode can sound very dark Rock, or quite Spanish – and you can try both over this catchy tune.

As with almost all my backing tracks, it is formatted as a complete song, with verse, bridge and chorus sections.
